I think cardiac involvement unlikely but then I don't know you or your medical history. Most likely muscular but then you haven't described the quality of the pain. But please don't ask for a diagnosis online because you can't get one. Only your doctor can do that and only after an exam in person.

If the pain is sharper when you inhale and if you have difficulty breathing or if you develop a fever, see your doctor. If the pain continues for another day or two, see your doctor. In the meantime, if it is muscular, take ibuprofen or naproxen for the pain.

not knowing what else you may be experiencing, there is no way to say for sure. What occurs to me is maybe a pulled muscle, or perhaps pnuemonia, but if it is bothering you, see a doctor.

Get your kidneys checked. If you are having trouble breathing, consider your lungs. If its a burning pain, it could be shingles.
