On the bottom left side of my back it feels sore,almost like I have a big bruise there (I dont).or maybe like a pulled muscle.It aches in just that one spot like when you have the flu and your whole body aches.and my stomach feels upset all day,especially after i eat.I didnt do anything out of ordinary to strain or injur my back.What could this be a sign of?

I started feeling sick 3 days ago on vacation...really sore throat. Over the next day it turned to sore throat and congested feeling in the head, headache. On the way home, I felt full-on sick...headache, REALLY runny nose, sinus congestion.

It is probably just a cold. I have 2 days off of work then a wedding...should I try to sleep as much as possible? Is that ok?

The bloated feeling seems more troublesome than the pain in my sternum as the pain is not constant.
Could a stomach ulcer cause you to bloat out?
Most evenings of late I feel like I have eaten a 10 course meal and because of this I have reduced my portion size yet I stll feel bloated.WHY???????????

ok so for a few months now i have never had my thirst been satisfied. In fact, it seems that every time i take a sip of water or whatever i'm drinking, i get even more thirsty. Sometimes if i don't have any water for about half an hour or so, i'll get this really bad headache that doesn't go away when i take medicine. It does go away when i drink lots of water though. Right now i carry my 1 liter water bottle around everywhere with me, but it's kind of annoying and i still feel like i'm thirsty after drinking, so i kind of want that feeling to go away. Anything i can do to stop being thirsty?

i really dont know how to word this but i shall try, every so often ill just be sat doing whatever when all of a sudden i get a sort of feeling in my chest like my breathing is about to cut out! i struggle to get a breath in and then im ok again....When this happens its like my heart sinks and my lungs are given up! its really scary!! its sometimes worse than others. it only happens once then it goes away for a day or two! ive had my heart tested and its ok....do you have any ide what im talking about? and any solutions to what this is?

I went to the docs today with symptoms of extremely infrequent bowel movements, and unexplained weight gain. He has sent me for a blood test to rule out the above....what on earth is it? He said if I have it, I'll be on medication for the rest of my life? Is there no cure? I feel quite upset, because I thought it sounded like an old persons disorder...I'm only 26!!

What other symptoms are there? I'm trying to convince myself that it could be something else instead!

I have to get an mri of my head and neck. They locked my head in to the machine and put another about an inch away from my eyes. Then slowly put me in the tunnel. I get muscle spasms,dizzy and blurred vision at times that is why I need it. But there is no way I can be in it 2x's for 30minutes. I will pass out. The offered to sedate me but It won't work. I have to sleep with a light on already in case I wake up dizzy.

Last week i got a nasty cold, and now i can't smell, taste or barely hear anything. First my nose got all plugged up, that has pretty much gone away. But for the past 4 days my ears have been plugged and it is like i am hearing everything from far away. Also i can't taste anything, only sweet and everything sweet tastes the same.
My question is should i go to the doctor for this or will it clear up on it's own? I lost my job due to the company closing so i have no income and no insurance right now. Any help anyone can give me would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

I have a friend who at times has problems breathing, and heart palpitations. Lately she is fatigued; she has had headaches since she was 6 years old (she is 19 now), and also has insomnia. Normal OTC painkillers don't work on the headaches. About four days ago she fell asleep twice while talking to me online - once during the day, and once at night. Shortly after this, she passed out and didn't come around until the next afternoon. Can anyone PLEASE tell me what might be wrong? Is there any mild condition, or combination of them, that could cause this and do NOT need a doctor's care? Please help.

My mother is suffering from swollen feet since last few days. She is of arround 50+ year of age and weight is 80 kg. She is also having high blood pressure problem. Though earlier her feet were not swollen but now this problem arrises. Should i conect it with blood pressure problem. If it is not the BP problem is there any accurate solution for the problem?
