I don't know if this will be any help but anyway here goes. I live in north east Pa and have a 2 yr old son. I take him to a neurologist in New Jersey. There specialists for epilepsy and after going to 3 different other ones I have to say I really like them. They work out of St. Clair's hospital in Norristown, NJ. You may click on my icon and email me if you'd like. I am sorry for what your going through. I know how scary that can be. Good Luck and I hope you get answers soon.

Doctors are like Mechanics. They can only go on what you tell them or troubleshooting. First, do not lie, they really do not tell. If, you drink heavy or do drugs then tell your Doctor. I NOT SAY YOU DO, OK? This an example. But, foods you eat, everything is important for them to know.
Example, I have good Doctors, Really. My Doctor say he make me live a very long time, if, he not die on me. But, joking aside. When I was about 15 I had this big bump come up under my arm. Dang, the Doctor lanced it and everything and it no infection there. He stood back and looked confused as he think. Then he ask me; "You have a cat"? Ha! yes I did and we played rough. That was the problem, I was allergic to a virus cats carry in their claws. He fixed it and I kept my cat.
Doctors can only know so much, if, the one you see not know, try another. It may be something not well known and another Doctor know.

Dr Alan Krumholz is very good. He's part of the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore. They have an excellent neurology department. Good luck with your epilepsy.

You may want to check MD's in NY. Mount Sinai Hospital has a very well know neurology department.
Best wishes and good luck! Hopefully it will be something minor and simple to cure. Be positive!

My ex was diagnosed with epilepsy- until he collapsed at school. Then they did some tests and re-diagnosed it as cardiac arythmia.
