Since from quite young, I have the habit of plucking out hair, eyebrow hair and eye lashes when they feel itchy. I feel comfortable after plucking them out, is that a disease???

My husband continuously jerks his legs around in his sleep. It's almost like it's involuntary. It's more than a twitch and I cannot sleep in the same bed with him because I often get kneed in the back or the jerking keeps me up all night.

He has multiple sclerosis but hasn't had any exacerbations for about 2 years and this jerking has begun only a few months ago. It doesn't happen every night but often enough that I prefer the futon in the living room.

Any ideas?

My nature of job allows me to sleep at 2 am (have to reply to various emails at night). I try to wake up around 9 am, but the morning 2 hrs sleep (from 7 am to 9 am) is very disturbing, dont know why. Later on getting up I feel very tired & drowsy, as If I haven't slept okay. Any suggestion, what can be done for getting a sound sleep. I discourage administering any medicines

So here it goes I was diagnosed with HPV today. I am a little upset and my boyfriend is not taking it very well. I am trying to educate myself more and more so I can educate the both of us and maybe try and save what we have. I understand that it is not the end of the world but its is not exactly a good thing to have especially being a women. I was just wondering if there were any others out there willing to share their story with me. Im a little lost right now.

Ok, I have researched and researched on Thalassemia major for my sister but I still can't understand what they are trying to say? Basically all I am getting from this is a hereditary blood disorder. I am trying to find out more that way I can at least get a idea of what my sister is fighting.
She is terribly sick and in the hospital right now. She vomits alot, pratically everytime she eats, always seems dehydrated, and is always cold. She gets dizzy, sometimes faints, and has to get regular blood transfusions with that Caleptopen.

If anyone has information that is more indepth I would really appreciate it.

Hyaluronic Acid is useful in maintaining joint integrity. Getting 600 mgs (30x20mg) for the same price as for 900 mgs (30x30mg) is a considerable (33%) increase in price.

At least once a day my hands get shaky, and I am very angry with a feeling that I NEED to eat right away. Sometimes my lips tingle and start to go numb, and I get lightheaded with slightly blurred vision. I feel nauseous, sleepy, just plain weird. My sister checked my sugar one day an hour after a snack and half a mountain dew, and my sugar was only 89. I know this is not a really low level, but my face felt kinda numb and I was STARVING! Any suggestions of what this might be?

Madden has nothing on me. I'm about to embark on my first flight in over 15 years. During the last flight, I had a stage 5 panic attack that nearly killed me. I'm talking hyperventalaion, trembling, blackouts, so bad they almost landed the plane prematurely.

Tonight those racing feelings are coming back and in a big way. I got sweat running down my forhead and my heart is beating at 165 bpm, literally. I can feel it pounding in my ears.

My doc prescribed my to take .25 mg Xanax tonight (11 hours prior to flight) and another .5 mg 2 hours before boarding. Will this really work? I got panic attacks worse then anyone, for real. He said this combination would totally relax me, but said if I still feel anxious, I could take .25mg. more, for a total of .75, plus .25 the night before. I'm desperate here. Not to mention I have a middle seat for a 7 hour flight. HELP
