My nature of job allows me to sleep at 2 am (have to reply to various emails at night). I try to wake up around 9 am, but the morning 2 hrs sleep (from 7 am to 9 am) is very disturbing, dont know why. Later on getting up I feel very tired & drowsy, as If I haven't slept okay. Any suggestion, what can be done for getting a sound sleep. I discourage administering any medicines

warm milk, hot shower, herbal tea (no caffeine) works.

When you wake up i suggest you do some yoga or some kind of exercising. For example i do some jumping jacks and jog for a while. Also at night i suggest doing some yoga
