just wondering if it's only for old people or not..
can I take it?
and would it be effective if I only take one pill instead of recommended 3?

Sure you can take it. These are both naturally occuring in the body and are needed for healthy joints. You probably don't need it and it may not do you any good but it won't do you any harm, either.

My ex was a college football player and he had a lot of wear and tear on his knees so he took it. If you play sports you probably have damage to your joints. I think it is probably a good idea. My mom swears by it too and she works for a chiropractor.

You most likely do not have the joint damage from wear and tear that older people do - and its not a preventative, so there wouldnt be a point to it.

You can take it but I would only suggest it if you have cartilige damage. My doctor suggested I take it because my cartilige is wearing away in my knees (chondromalasia patella) and he suggested that when I was 20.

Yeah it’s okay but there is no point to it unless you have some joint problems, because you can have arthritis even when you’re a child. My suggestion is try it and if problems persist see a doctor. NOT YAHOO!!!
