NO...it's not toxic.
No one has ever died from accidently inhaling whipped cream.

It can have the same effect of inhalants, yes. I assume you mean not inhaling the whip cream but inhaling from the container, ie-huffing. YES! Even 'whip cream' is toxic and can cause brain damage. Whoever it has to do with - DON'T!

Why would anyone want to inhale whipped cream? It's like inhaling milk. Don't think it's toxic but the propellent could be.
