Some people with grand mal seizures say they can prevent their seizures entirely by smoking marijuana. Others, who suffer complex partial seizures, report that marijuana also curbs their symptoms and prevents loss of consciousness. Marijuana is not considered useful for treating petit mal or absence seizures and may even worsen them.

I couldn't find any info online saying that using both would cause harm, but cannabis is actually as good an anti-epileptic as anything you've been prescribed. If you smoke regularly you may find that you don't need the medication.
But I'm no doctor, so you should ask yours about cannabis, especially if your state provides a medical marihuana plan.
And I don't recommend stopping your Dilantin without consulting a professional either.

Cyanide has a purpose other than being consumed. If you knew anything about it, you would know that. And this hemlock you're speaking of, if you research, you would see it is used for medicinal purposes. Here is the thing, drugs are on this planet, and your God apparently put things here for a reason. So, other than medicinal and recreational purposes of marijuana, what other purposes are there? Or are you admitting he f-cked up? Sounds an awful lot like it.
