I'm just wondering I have no idea. im wondering if i took something for anxiety but it makes me sleepy could i still feel anxious even though i feel the drowsiness?

Most medicines contain stuff that make you sleep, so you don't feel the pain and get the rest your body needs. Such as cough medicines and allergy medicines.

You must learn to calm yourself down, without ingesting anything. What if you start to feel anxious and you don't have your herb or whatever with you? You want to be able to do it yourself, without relying on anything.

It makes sense to me. Drugs affect our bodies in different ways. You can be tired and still be in all kinds of mental states. I think drowsiiness is mostly a physical thing.

It will all depend on the type meds, if any you are taking. I am taking 1.5 mg of klonopin per day and it is worthless. I need about 5mg..
