How do they dispose of the person if the family can give no money and there is no life insurance plan? Do they burn them and put them somewhere or what? My co-worker is actually asking me this question b/c her uncle is dying and her family doesn't have any money. Just wondering.............

my mother is having a colonoscopy tomorrow afternoon, and has trouble preparing for them. the stuff she has to drink (i'm not entirely sure what it is) causes her to uncontrollably vomit; i believe it might be a liquid saline laxative. i know its a tad gross but if anyone has any suggestions i would really appreciate it.

Do you know what kind of blood you are?

I went to the doctor in Sept. to have a thyroid test done. I have all the symptoms, yet they say my numbers are normal. I know that they recently changed the normal ranges to 0.3-3.04, and I was wondering how my numbers fit into that category, I'm not sure how to read them

T3 - 0.98
TSH - 0.925
T4 6.1
T4 free- 0.75

I'm not sure if I do have a thyroid problem, but here are my symptoms:
severe fatigue, weight gain, difficulty losing weight, low motivation and ambition, cold intolerance, headaches, irritability, anxiety, hair loss, depression, decreased memory and concentration, unhealthy nails, constipation, acne, digestive problems, hypoglycemic symptoms (low blood sugar), ect.
I have been treated for candida, balancing gut flora, & have also been on an anti-inflammatory diet. I've had tons of blood tests and they always come out fine.

I thought maybe if I put this out there it may be familiar to someone. Any help would be great, I'm getting too tired to fight this. Thanks a ton-

I have had vision problems for the last couple years and it has gotten worse recently. Went to eye dr.s and they gave me glasses and full opthalmologist workup. The glasses don't work and everything has become blurry and sort of double vision/ halos are there all the time. I have found that when I give a little pressure and push on my eyes like on the top where my eyelids are, my vision actually clears up. The strange thing is that it is both eyes that do the same thing and it clears both eyes. I guess it is from pushing on my cornea but I have searched and I am not finding any similar experiences. Does anyone know what this could be? Thanks!!!!!

I have had past UTI's and have still had frequent urination and have recently had my urine cultured and was told that I have a large amount of white blood cells and bacteria in my urine. I was referred to a urologist but couldnt get in to see him til a couple weeks. These symptoms have been going on for months and was told i do not have a uti. Recently I have been extremely exhausted even with enough sleep and feel like im dizzy. Im worried and was wondering if anyone could tell me what this could be while im waiting for my appt.

I'm on my way out of a cold, and most of the phlegm is out of my lungs (occassional slightly productive clear cough). My nose is still runny, but not too bad. I've been on antibiotics and Duradex (Rx Mucinex basically) for 7 days now. What are the chances my surgeon will not let me go into surgery in two days? The procedure is to remove my thyroid, which averages about 90 minutes to 2 hours. I would especially appreciate hearing from anesthesiologists, surgeons, and those who have had to deal with this issue personally.

my son was in the ER this morning he has had very bad achy pains in his thighs on and off for about 3-4 weeks. And occasionally would throw up and then feel better. He is seven and has had an xray of his leg(negative) and a catscan of head(negative) I am thinking maybe its either really terrible growing pains or juvenile arthriitis or lyme disease.... Or am i overreacting and its growing pains?
