Im sure youve heard this a million times, but diet and exercise is the only safe, healthy way to lose weight and feel better about yourself. although easier said than done, that is all there is to it. Just make heathier choices when choosing foods, and just make an effort to move more throughout the day. And dont eat so much that you feel that full. Just eat small amounts at a time, and when you are done, go do something else like take a walk to keep your mind off of it. if you continue to get worse, go see a doctor please. good luck!

Well, you probably feel preassured to throw up or its because you have had a horrible experiance. Stop throwing up, its not needed its the worse thing you can do to yourself. Its possible for you to end up in the hospital. Theres a book called 'Perfect' its really great, and about this problem. You can go to your library and get it, if they have it if not than go to an online library. In the back it says what each main charactor had.

If you are in school make an appt with the school physiologist. If you are not then call a pastoral counselor. It sounds like you are just starting with an eating disorder and if you treat it right away it will be best for you. These councilors can help point you in the right direction.

you should see someone like a therapist ort councellor(sry cant spell it lol) They will help you talk about your problems and try find a solution as to why you feel the need to make your self feel better. Build up your confidence and self esteem and more importantly to respect your body. It is a temple. Dont f**k it up by vomiting.

consult your doctor. This sounds like a typical thing a teenaged girl would do. Stop throwing up! It is not healthy for your body. If you feel uncomfortable about yourself, exercise! And stop comparing yourself to others. Be happy of yourself!

Regardless if you do it everyday right now or not.. you have a problem and you should seek help. It will eventually become eveyday all day... so get help now while you are able to see that this is not normal behavior. kudoos to you for realizing you have issues, not everybody can come to grips.

Obviously you know you have a problem. Definitely seek professional help. Talk to your primary physician or gynecologist if you have one. If not, talk to your parents or school counselor.
