Many people experience light spotting in between their periods whether they are pregnant or not. This can especially happen during the first few years of you period.

could it possibly be your period?
if not maybe you have blood in your urine. I would watch it for max 24 hours see if it goes away or gets worse and consult a Dr.
there are medical help lines both Internet and phone. Why are you asking this group for that type of help. If you are concerned call someone that will be able to provide medical advise.
