This always happens to me when I get the flu. Ugghh. Add to that, severe heartburn, burping/gas, weakness, then later: headache, dry cough, more weakness ... on and on it goes, until it stops. You have several days of fun before you!

It could be something as simple as sinus problems causing your sore throat and the drainage causing the "throwing up feeling."

Or it could be worse, like strep or mono, so get to the doctor and get tested because both are very contagious hun!

Uhm not normal in the sense you should always feel that way...but if you are like millions of others this time of year and you have the flu, it is quite normal.

No, dear - it means you're sick. You most likely have some kind of a stomach bug, and it's just going to make you feel crappy for a few days. See your doctor if you can, it may be strep and you'll need antibiotics for that.

Sounds like strep throat to me. That's how I felt, but my throat was so damn soar that I had a hard time eating. I lost 8 pounds when I had it.

No. It isn't normal, unless you smoke or drink heavily. It could be an allergy, or a cold.
