ok well i am a 14 year old girl and in the past week or 2 i have started getting headaches but they are very short, like less than a minute and dont hurt badly. and for a long time, (i dont know exactly how long) sometimes when i get up from sitting down or laying down i get all these bright spots like that completely cover what i am looking at and go away after a couple of seconds and for the past couple of weeks i have had a cold on and off. what could it be? anything too dangerous?

O.k, this is weird and i'm hoping someone out there knows what this is called. Sometimes for absolutely no reason my neice gets really burpy and the burps are really gross, like rotten eggs. It doesn't happen often and her stomach doesn't feel sick when it happens but we can't link it to any food that she's ate. It last about a day or two. But it's obviously abnormal.
Has anyone else had this or knows what it is or a cure for it?

I go to bed at 10 and my friends do too, but they're bags aren't as big as mine, and my parents tell me how horrible they look all the time, even though I don't really care.
But is this because of lack of sleep, or because I get stressed and freaked out quite often. Do I have to see a cycologist or something? Are my bags because I eat too much candy and chocolate, but I'm not fat from it at all.

I got dandruff AFTER my chickenpox a while ago. And now, they are all over my head (the chickenpox scars) and they cause dandruff! Which I hate! If there is a doctor out there somewhere, help me! I need it!

I went to the doctor because I have been feeling foggy, tired, headachy, ALWAYS freezing cold and very irritable at work and around other people. The part that had me rushing to the doc was the fact that I woke up one morning and the hair on top of my head had turned crinkly and wiry out of nowhere! It also began to fall out over the next few days. Every morning I wake up with MORE crinkly hair and it's a huge bummer.
We agreed a TSH test was in order, he looked at my crinkly hair and it was the first thing out of his mouth.
So I get my lab results and my TSH is at 5.3, the high end of the test states 5.5 (which means it would be "flagged" at 5.5 as a problem)
I think 5.3 is a bit too close to "high". So... I talk with the doctor and he says ALL of my tests came back within normal range (I also had a platelet test that was flagged at 407! waiting on his reply for that)
Anyone think the TSH is high and what should I do about this? I like my doc, but I feel he's wrong on this one.

Sporadic. Been a few weeks now. once in a while (once a week) I either have blood in the stool or perhaps get a nosebleed out of nowhere (i.e. I was not "diggin for gold" up there).

I'm wondering if they're even related...

and they said it is nothing to worry about and that as you get older your nose and ears just get bigger. My nose is sometimes swollen and it stings. Has anyone ever had a problem like this before?

I notice the problem for a year. It started last year that I had bad dirreara for a week and half then my stools change ever since that day because it always soft and breaking apart or sometime it thin instead of thick and firm. I eat enough fiber all that but it don't work. When I take a dump that I notice that there are very thin string that look like root. But sometime it little thicker than root. Sometime it will be tan or white. It don't happen everytime I go to bathroom but it does happen several time in every month. Sometime I can't go to bathroom very well for 3 or 4 days then Im fine for long period of time. I did went to doctor for parasite test but it came back negative. I let you know that I had cat all my life but we didn't have enough money to deworm them. Anyway sometime I get funny feeling in my tummy like twicthing. When I take anti parasite tablet that more of string came out but it look like root like one string but two splint in end. I don't know if im infected

I have panic attacks pretty regularly and I get heart/chest pains on and off for maybe a few seconds at the most but for the past 10 to 15 min. I've had a dull ache in my heart area and in my shoulder. Should I be worried or is it just part of a panic attack?

My sister has been tested by 2 different doctors. Both physicians have told her that she is at the very bottom of the "normal" side of the scale, and they both admit she shows symptoms of hypothyroidism, but say they see no need to initiate treatment. She is now feeling worse. She is cold all of the time, her fatigue has worsened, and now she is experiencing numbness in her fingers and feet. I am so frustrated with doctors I don't know what to do. She has tried pushing herself to exercise more thinking that this would help (and after one doctor's comment that maybe she should try eating some salad), but then all she can do is sleep for hours afterwards because she is so wasted.
