Stool softeners. Laxatives can harm your body (your bowel gets dependent on them). I also recommend caffeine, it helps make your bowels go.

Got this answer from Yahoo Q and A about a month ago and after two years of laxatives, fruit drink diets and everything else you can imagine, this goofy sounding remedy really works. Before you go to bed, put two tablespoons of cider vinegar in an 8 ounce glass of warm water. In the morning you will be surprised at the result. The acetic acid in the vinegar seems to be just enough to do the trick. Have been taking it every night since and have not had any problems with constipation. Good Luck.

OK, well...I work for LaneLabs which sells supplements. We have a product called H2GO...which is an amazing product! I just tried it the other night, and I now I know why people love it so much. It isn't harsh, and doesn't give you that rush feeling of having to go out of nowhere like other laxatives. Your body doesn't have to absorb it for it to work, the molecules are too large to be absorbed. The magnesia goes straight to the colon and acts like a "magnet" to draw water to the colon and lets you go more comfortably. Its not a solution for the present moment, but you should get them for the times you need it. Go to www.LaneLabs.com for or call 1-800-510-2010 to order. To order online go to www.CompassioNet.com Good luck!!

laxatives dont hurt
use an enema
(basically the same thing)
if you don't have that
use a q tip and play around up there a bit and as u take it out you may have a bowel
always works with me
but suppositories are the best
who cares if they hurt a bit
THEY ARE FUNNN

fleets enema would be the quickest. but if you don't want to take a laxative, i don't imagine you'd want to give yourself an enema.

an enema, pretty uncomfortable but it will help you fast and you feel wonderful once it's all out of your system.
Other than that, there's no quick cure that I know of.
