Get a second opinion, and a third and fourth if you have to.

Did the doctor do blood tests on you? Check for diabetes?

It's also possible to be low on fluids. Do you drink enough liquids throughout the day? Do you eat healthy?

There are so many things that can cause this. I would talk to your doctor again about it.

It is called orthostatic hypotasis. Can be the effect of certain drugs, or low cardiac output, or deffiecency of iron vitmins etc.. You should have some tests running.

You probably have a concussion. Go to a neurologist at least.

I'm not sure what is causing that, but I don't think it's anything serious (because I sometimes get this, too).
