i would double check your blood pressure - it fluctuates during the day and it dips at night and when you lie down. Get it checked first thing in the morning before you've had your breakfast so you know your lowest bp level - if thats ok then it definitely cant be your bp.

Your ears have ckecked so cant be that but maybe check your vision as well - make sure its not that

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and you could have an imbalance in your ears, that's the fluid that lies deep in the ears, this causing dizziness. Or you could have an eye problem, such as cataracts, this will also cause dizziness. If you suffer from headaches it may be more serious problem, such as your central nervous system

I had that happen a couple times.Went to the doc and found it was Begnign Positional Disorder. Doc put me on Meclizine for a while and it helped. A few months later, it went away. Sometimes , I still get unsteadiness ,but nothing as bad as before for years. I hope never again.

My Mom had this problem. It turned out that she had an ear infection. Middle ear or Inner ear, can't remember. But one of them affects equilibrium. Check with your doctor and he'll set you straight!

i had this, it was to do with my balance, I saw a physio and she moved my head about and then moved it suddenly to make the "crystals" (or somthing like that) rebalance in my ears - no drugs, no pain and it worked. Its very common and sometimes it happens again and then you just go back and have the treatment repeated.

Perhaps your potassium levels or iron levels are low. I had a similar issue and it turned out to be my iron!
