If this really does help, are there any side effects. I never drink alcohol. I also don't want to be considered an alcoholic, and by definition, 1 drink a day makes you one. Please advise.

So i've read some stuff on here that say if you do not get enough sleep, your heart gets damaged and that sometimes can cause breathlessness which I think that's one of my symptons. If I start to get enough sleep and start sleeping longer, will I get my heart start healing and will it stop the damage?

I had a bad breakup with my boyfriend back in August (very violent, very stressful) , and since then I've been having shortness of breath and episodes where my chest tightens and my heart beats very quickly, and I often feel faint.

It's not an anxiety attack, I've had those before. I've also been getting very lightheaded, and I have even collapsed a few times while walking. Sometimes during these episodes, my blood pressure drops very low, and my arms and legs become numb or tingly.

I'm only 19 years old... what could this be? I have no money to go see a doctor.

Is it dangerous to have a low heart rate? I heard that it's normally 60-100 bpm. mine is 42-46. Is this harmful? what should I do about it? I'm generally pretty healthy, I'm a 20 yr. old female and I don't have any other health concerns right now.

It was diagnosed during investigations to find out the reason for acute breathlessness. I had no other symptoms. My GP had an Echocardiagram performed and, as a result of that has put me on ACE inhibitors. However since taking them im experiencing more chest pains and chest discomfort than i was before, so could they not be the right course of treatment. Im seeing a cardiologist in 2 weeks but im worried i might have a heart attack before then. Am i worrying unnecessarily?
