Yes, depends on how the heart stopped beating!!!!!
The desperate heart may be clinically dead but very much alive.
Broken in love it's shattered.
A mended heart is BLR beyond local repair, you will have to change it, with a new one.
So the story goes on and they lived happily ever after as they say so.

No it can't "break" like shattered glass,or as in a "broken heart".People suffering from heart attacks, and their heart stops beating, and require CPR,occasionally the trauma that results from vigorous CPR chest compressions can break ribs, and puncture lungs and the heart muscle. The heart is a "muscle" with 4 blood pumping chambers, made of very strong and tough cardiac muscle fibers. Take care. SW RNP

What do you mean by that? The heart is a muscle, it dosent break like when you see a cartoon heart breaking. It could tear, but you would need severe trauma for that to happen......why am i even answering this question..? ? ? ?
