First of all, you may have no symptoms, hence the nickname for high blood pressure is "silent killer."
Extremely high blood pressure can range anywhere from a simple headache, blurry vision, to stroke symptoms and even heart failure.
High blood pressure symptoms will also vary from one person to another. Best advice, get evaluated by a physician, or at least check your blood pressure like at your local pharmacy or other establishment. Current guidelines for a person w/ no risk factors is Systolic (top #) <140, Diastolic (bottom #) <90.

Hypertension (high blood pressure) is what is known as the "silent" killer. There often are no symptoms. It is nothing to mess with! Most doctors offices will check your blood pressure for free. Get it checked right away.

Dizziness, headaches, fatigue, blurry vision, loss of conciousness. I had two fainting episodes a few years ago, and also had been getting headaches. I chalked it up to the hot weather and stress. However, when I went to my dentist, she had checked my blood pressure before extracting a tooth, and informed me my bp was high, and to see a doc. I did, and the doc confirmed it. It CAN be silent. It is a very good idea to see a doc if you have concerns.

High blood pressure usually has no symptoms, then you have strokes or seizures.
Maybe you should see a doctor to get an idea of what is bothering you.
