I have heard that it take quite a while. How long would it take for 75% blockage in LAD? Would it be detectable two years prior to diagnosis

Hi,
I am curious.
I had an episode of my mouth drooping.
doctor ruled out bells palsey and did a CT scan,
she said it was normal.
I still smile normally without numbness.
This did happen after a dentist appointment.
but I also get high blood pressure.
at times.
I do suffer from panic attacks at times.
This causes very high heart rates and blood
pressure.
I am now on beta blockers, it does help some.
I guess my question is..
can tension in my face cause one side to droop
for a day or so?
I welcome any input.

its going 120 bpm.
but i cant feel anything in my chest.. like i cant feel it go up or slow down its wierd. :S
im really scared. i think anxiety might be the problem with this also.
i went to the hospital yesterday because it went so fast 190 bpm and i was really scared but i couldnt feel my heart beating at all i thought i was dieng. they said my heart looked normal they didnt know what was going on except the panic part.

usually when your heart goes fast you can feel it jumping out of your chest right?
why can i feel might? its like its beating so fast and yet so lightly at the same time where i can even detect it.

I keep having this feeling that my heart can just stop for no reason, I was wondering if anyone has heard of that happening, it could just be because I have anxiety problems though.

To say the least I have been under a "little" stress lately. I am over weight, quit smoking 2 1/2 yrs ago, no hormonal intake and 38 y/o. My chest has been having some sharp pains, left arm hurt a little yesterday, ear pain off and on for weeks and teeth hurt for no apparent reason? None of these happen at the same time they are always at different times. I have had a cold for 2 1/2 weeks now and can not seems to be leaving my body slower than mud moves. Cold, heart and or stress? What are your thoughts? I hate to go to doc and they think I am over reacting. Can heart attack symptoms come on that slowly?

i've read several things over the net, so read this first before you give me the typical answers i've seen...

i exercise more than most ppl. at least 3 hrs per day - 7 days a week. and my diet is fairly healthy - compared to 'the norm' or most people i know at any rate. non-smoker or any other type of drugs. neg for diabetes. rarely drink.
i'm 28, a big guy (i box), 6'1, 280 lbs - even though im i pretty good shape, i am slightly overweight, but again - my size and lifestyle are in much better condition that the more 'healthy' people i know.

i AM currently seeking medical attention/diagnosis for this, just thought i would bounce this off you guys to see if anybody has any thoughts....

thanks!

I am afflicted since Nov.'06 with CHF & severe edema. Thiazides & loop diuretics have had NO diuretic effect WHATSOEVER. I researched & now understand that CHF induces changes in kidney function, an increase in ADH (anti-diuretic hormone) & the kidney starts to conserve water & sodium. As soon as my body swelled all over w/edema, I NOTICED my urine output became scanty & concentrated. Also, a defective heart muscle leads to inadequate blood perfusion to the kidneys, in the first place.
I am enduring much pain in my limbs from edema pressure inside. IN my right leg, a scab from surgery dissolved, and cold water(plasma) streams down my leg CONSTANTLY. i wrap with incontinence pads to catch the flow. Is this anasarca? I cannot stop this flow.
those of you who succeeded with diuretics or whatever else, please answer me, how long till the water within your tissues crossed back into your capillaries & veins? I've been told it might never drain off, or that it is unpredictable.
