im really scared. i think anxiety might be the problem with this also.
i went to the hospital yesterday because it went so fast 190 bpm and i was really scared but i couldnt feel my heart beating at all i thought i was dieng. they said my heart looked normal they didnt know what was going on except the panic part.

usually when your heart goes fast you can feel it jumping out of your chest right?
why can i feel might? its like its beating so fast and yet so lightly at the same time where i can even detect it.

This sounds very much like anxiety, and a panic attack. A fast heart rate can signify some things when you are young, like a fever, or as a side effect of drugs or medications, but generally
young people have healthy hearts. A heart rate of 120 is simply aerobic. You can worry once your heart rate passes 200 beats a minute.
The fact that you can't feel your heart beating out of your chest is a good sign. Take up yoga and learn to relax.

I would imagine that it's an anxiety attack that you're having. It's scary, I know. But you've been to the hospital and with you being so young, if there was ANYTHING wrong with your heart, they would never have let you leave. If you can't feel anything in your chest, then where do you feel it? Like, when your lying down do you feel it in your ears?? That's usually, where I hear it and it sounds like it's beating SO fast but when I talked to my doctor about this, he said that it was just that I was very "aware" of my heart beat which will make it go faster since I was sending myself into a panic over it. He told me to sit up, breathe deeply for 3 minutes and THEN take my pulse on my neck...while breathing deeply...in through your nose and out through your mouth..not hyperventaliating..lol. slowly and deeply. I still find myself listening to my own heart beat but it's not as often and I don't panic anymore because I KNOW what's going on and how it feels. I've felt like that before so I'm aware of it and educated now. I know what to do to help myself calm down and I can now relax my thoughts and my body.
I hope you can do the same and know that you're not dying at all. It's just simply anxiety and it will pass.
If you have chest pain, or other related symptoms to a heart attack, then tell your mom or dad or trusted friend (pref. adult) so they can help you or call 911. But as for the rapid heart beating, you're fine. Just try to relax and chill for a bit and it will go away..breathe deeply! :o)

If you are a natural person you should try cognitive behavioral therapy. It was the only thing that has helped me with my horrible health anxiety. Read here https://tr.im/hRbf0

Your thinking determines your quality of life. Your thinking is what causes you these feelings:

Anxious, fearful, stressed or depressed
Constantly worried, or angry about something that is happening in your life
Struggling to overcome obsessive and negative thoughts.

If you change your thinking, you will change your life. This is the basic idea behind CBT for anxiety. The Cognitive part is where you learn nee methods and ways to change your same old habits and thinking patterns. If you keep thinking and expecting the worst – You will continue to suffer.
