My heart aches wether I am inhailing or exhailing. I'm conserned, and I'm also 14... One of my friends says its because I ate too much spicy stuff earlier (Pack of Jalapeno Pringles & Some Spicy Cheese Dip ). Could this be true?

It could be true, there could be gas buildup around your heart. Have you tried drinking a Coke so you will burp and ge rid of it? That always works for me. If it continues over 2-3 days, you need to consult a physician (tell your parents). I also have this same feeling when I'm having a panic attack and I started those at sixteen, so it is possible. Try the Coke first ... if it doesnt go away ... talk to your parents about seeing a physician, k? He'll be able to better diagnosis what's going on.

Your friend could very well be right. Indigestion can cause pain that mimics chest/heart pain. At 14, if you haven't had any major health problems, it is unlikely that the pain you feel is actually coming from your heart. Take an antacid, and get some rest. If you still feel pain after a couple of hours, tell your parents to take you to your local emergency room.
