Not likely but there are a lot of factors to consider...your age weight.....family history......other medical problems you may be experiencing.....During a heart attack men generally complain of chest and/or left arm pain....possibly numbness in left arm and hand......pulse will be eractic...cold sweat....etc..Women often complain of mild if any chest pain.....their pain is usually in left shoulder and arm.......symptoms vary from one individual to another.....but if strenuous excercise makes it better odds are you're fine......if it continues see a Dr. immediately if not it could be something as simple as gas...I AM NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL....just someone who has been around a lot of heart disease.....peace and good health

Chest pain that improves with effort is almost certainly not indicative of myocardial ischemia (it's probably not your heart not getting enough oxygen) however, if you have any persistant chest pain it's probably worthwhile to at least see a doctor and make sure it's nothing you need to be concerned about.
