I've had Type 2 Diabetes for over a year and I'm still trying to figure it out. I'm currently living in Thailand. A list of foods containing carbs that are good for Diabetics would be great.

If I don't eat first thing in the morning, I get weak, shaky and black out, a few times I actually passed out. My hands are always shaking, but always worse if I don't eat on schedule. I pee a lot, even have to get up during the night to pee.I'm always craving milk...I've had my tubes tied, so it's definetly not pregnancy. I know diabetes runs in the family, but the DR's keep telling me that can't be it...I get migrains on a daily basis, and I havn't been able to sleep properly in about 4 years now...any ideas?

Been having very terrible headaches lately, especially in my neck. Went to the ER to have it checked, but he said that it's probably due to my constant high blood sugars. Any thoughts?

I heard they would take up to 2 blood samples during the glucose tolerance test. Would I be in danger of losing too much blood?

I am 21 years old...I am urinating frequently (every 2 hours at least). As soon as I eat, I am hungry one or two hours later...even if it is a substantial amount of food. I am more hungry after I eat than before I eat. I am a bit dizzy and my vision seems a bit funny. My mother, grandmother, grandfather, and great grandmother all have diabetes. What do you think?

I recently moved to an island and the surrounding water seems to make my bones chill, though.

I have just learned I have type two diabetes. When I go walking now I can't pig out on breakfast & then go a whole day without eating. What are the best foods to take walking, bearing in mind I am far away from shops & eateries?

I am actually healthier than I have ever been, I exercise more and eat better. It's also made me realize how short and precious life is.

Of getting diabetes in the future?

I'm 14 years old, 6'1.5'', about 150 lbs, pretty active. The thing is, I eat a lot of junk food. I eat fast food 2-3 times a week, ice cream, shakes, french fries, hamburgers. Im really skinny though. I used to be skinnier but i filled out over the past couple years. i have NO gut at all. almost a 4-pack. so should i worry about getting diabetes from all the sugar and crap i eat? cuz i know skinny people get it too. thanks a lot.
