The latest thing I've read on cinnamon is that it increases the efficiency of the insulin. But as for a food that actually lowers your sugar, No haven't heard of one.

None - some will raise it less than others, but none lower it. Some people swear that cinnomon, as a supplement, or added to foods lower BS, but it's not been proven.

i don't know of any, i know that lack of food will do it. but to my knollege nothing will lower it but time.
