I am actually healthier than I have ever been, I exercise more and eat better. It's also made me realize how short and precious life is.

yes your size of this situation has made me see the same things. i have lost 50 lbs and keep losing now i have gotten donw to things for living and happy itsn't it great.???

it's changed my life because now that my husband was diagnosed with diabetes and given medicine to take, I'm not such a nervous wreck from all of his wild mood swings from the sugar issues. I just thought he was a Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde personality type.

it has made our life's allot better we eat healthier and are allot healthier since my brother got type 1 diabetes our life has been up and down but it has been nice and a lot of people are supporting us

I don't drink sugary drinks. I now drink club soda. I found out what I liked was the carbonation. If you don't drink soda for a while, you can't drink it. It tastes like syrup. I actually like injecting. I like the needles. It doesn't hurt. Now I walk every day. I feel better. I can't say it is as bad as I thought it would be.

Another thing that's changed is that I look at people who are out of shape in a whole different way, now.

it really didn't ruined my life that much. well yeah i cant eat as many sweets as want or as normal people. it also a pain to have to check my blood everyday in morning and night. also to have to drink my medicin but I'm okay with it i could have way more problems but thank god i don't my blood sugar is control. it really doesn't ruined my life completely but a bit

i think it makes things harder for the people with it. they have to take a bunch of pills and stuff knowing that it only helps them from dying, not diabetes.

at first i was scared but now i exercise and play different sports now its just a extra routine in life.

I dont have it, thank God, ..but many, many of my patients do.....
..some worse than others...
