I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Honey, there are a host of s/s you could look for and probably have what the next person has, which would not mean neccessarily that you are diabetic. Also some people do not have some of the classic signs of diabetics. The smart thing to do, of course is to go see your doctor, assuming that you have one, if not, you can go to your local health department and ask help on how to get one. Another thing you can do is to take a friend or relative with you. This question is so general. Has someone told you, you are borderline diabetic, or has a physician in the past mentioned it to you, or maybe an Eye, Foot, or Hair/Nail/Skin doctor.
Diabetes can be prevented, and controlled, I'm hoping you are just worried enough to go and find out where you stand.
When you see your doctor he/she will ask a health history, mostly a form to fill out about your health, if you haven't already. They will tell you and explain to you everything that needs to be completed for your evaluation. Yes, lab work will be completed, maybe a fingerstick, which will give you a rapid reading of your glucose (blood sugar) level, and a Hgb A1C, a more detailed test, which they perform as a baseline, and then every month to three, depending on your health. But there is so much to take into consideration, I could give you a host of signs, and you may not match one, or have something going on all together different. You can't always go by what is popular, your doctor has to evaluate you. Example: Just like one high blood pressure reading does not mean you are diagnosed with hypertension.= high blood pressure.

Saying all this, you will only know if some tests are performed, and if you match what the warnings are, and not just once. And promise yourself to do whatever the doctor tells you, that's most important. you may need to take medication, you may need to take insulin shots, but if you are diabetic, you can learn to control it. The worst mistake so many of us make is to not go to the doctors, and wait until things get out of control.

Go to the doctor's please.
They will help you, let them know you are scared so they can explain things, to you. sometimes we are afraid because we don't understand, our health is a major one, it's not all about eating 25 apples and carrots a day,
Or eating tree branches and calling it fiber!!!
Or drinking 10 gallons of water every hour!!!
SMILE!!!!!!!!!!! i'm joking
much worse can happen if you are diabetic and do not seek treatment, none of us know the hour we are to leave this land, but you don't want to take the express train deathville either.

go see your doctor, that's the only way you will know, and then start working on eating all those delicious carrots.
Honeychild.

YOU *DON'T* HAVE TO GO TO A DOCTOR TO GET TESTED.

My daughter's pediatric endocrinologist (a children's diabetes doctor) said I can use her glucose meter to find out if I'm diabetic. Find a friend who has a glucose meter to help you. Take your blood sugar two hours after you eat. Make sure it's no sooner than 2 hours. Make sure you do it after eating a normal meal. Your blood sugar result should be lower than 180.

But if it tells you you're diabetic, then you do have to go to a doctor. Run, don't walk. Diabetes won't kill you right away, but if untreated you can go blind, lose limbs, and live in horrible pain because the sugar in your blood eats away the coating of your nerve endings. These things are not not possible complications, these things WILL happen if diabetes is left untreated.

I wouldn't be waiting to find out through the internet..ppl answering this question. Everyone is different when it comes to their health. Diabetes is something that shouldn't be messed around with.
There's a simple test...fasting for 12-14 hrs, then having blood drawn, then drinking this orange drink , waiting the hour and having your blood redrawn will determine if you are a diabetic. This is VERY Important ...IF you Do have diabetes...you'll be treated that much faster...if you don't go and find out for sure, and you just assume you don't have it..it could lead to life threatening problems.
It's in your best interest to suck it up and go to the doctor and find out for sure.
BESTWISHES*

go get tested. It's not something to fool with. I am diabetic and now I also have renal failure. If you catch it early and change your life style you will be much better off. The synptome are thirsty all the time. Your tired even after you sleep 8 hours. Eventually you'll start losing weight. a little at 1st. then very rapidly. Not worth it to ignore.

Diabetes symptoms include:
* frequent urination
* excessive thirst
* hunger
* weight loss.
* fatigue,
* blurry vision,
* dry mouth,
* dry or itchy skin,
* impotence (in a male),
* vaginal yeast infections (in a female),
* poor healing of cuts and scrapes, or
* excessive or unusual infections.

Not everyone will have these, you may not actually have any at all and still be diabetic.
Here is a Diabetes Risk Test (http://www.diabetes.org/risk-test.jsp) but i suggest going to the doctors and seeking medical advice, rather than relying on and online test.

If you know anyone who is diabetic, he or she will have a blood glucose meter and would probably be happy to test you. It's a very painless test, it requires just a tiny speck of blood.

Test after fasting (when you wake up is best) and an hour after eating something sugary or starchy (pancakes!), and you'll know!

You really ought to see a doctor, though. Diabetes leads to all kinds of nasty things like blindness, kidney failure. gangrene in your feet (and then they have to take them off!), and heart attacks. If the Dr. suspects diabetes, he will order a series of tests for other things it might be, like your liver. It's all serious stuff, so take care of yourself!

Constant thirst, Feeling tired all the time. Feeling shaky before eating a meal. My son and sister are both diabetics. My sister passed away from it. Go to your doctor and get checked out. Nothing to mess around with.

The signs and syptoms of diabetes are frequent urination; increased thirst and consequent increased fluid intake; and increased appetite.
I suggest that you put ur fear aside and get the test. I have celiac sprue (wheat and gluten intolerance), i was afraid to take the test...i found out i have it and now I feel better than I have.
I now realize that if I had waited longer, I would hav caused more damage to myself rather than help myself.
