I have gall stones and have been recommended to do a cleanse with olive oil and lemon. If the stones are large can this cause problems when the stones pass out of the gall bladder?

I tested my blood sugar for the first time today with a freestyle monitor and my blood sugar came out to 347. Is this very high and should I be concerned? I am concerned and I would appreciate it if anyone knew an accurate scale of how blood sugar goes since I was just diagnosed with diabetes and I would like more information on this. Thank you for all your help.

help! i have overprocessed my hair. I have colored it, permed it and colored it again and now it is long and well...dryed out and dead looking. I deep condition it and that helps at the time and put in a leave in conditioner all day, but still when i get out of the shower..my hair is so dry, its already dry when i take the towel off? i use deep moisture shampoo and condtioner but honestly dont know if i can save it or if its even possible to "restore" damaged hair as lots of ads claim. Do i have to cut it all of and start over? I LOVE long hair!

Pinn Diabetic,

Hi,

I was newly diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes last year and want to meet up with other diabetics living in Pinner. For me it has meant a lot of change in my life in terms of excercise, diet and medicine.

It has been a steep learning curve and would like some friends along the way who know what it means to be diabetic.

I'm suggesting that we can meet up and share our knowledge and experience to benefit us all.

Contact me on mperihar@googlemail.com

Regards

Mozza

I found one last night and lost it. I should have put it on my favorite's but i didn't so...if someone know's of one, please let me know. It's gone from the history file too, my daughter was on her "my space" and that's all there is on it now.The chart said what a person should be, and what is over. Well, I don't know what else to add, I hope I explained well enough! Thank You!!

Sometimes I have a hard time accepting this. At times, I wish I wouldn't have had it done.

Any comments?

I'm just having a hard time remembering to check my blod sugars.

I set alarms on my phone, but I don't have anything like a set schedule. In the mornings I try to remember but usally I wnat food right away and then realize that I alreayd ate and haven't checked my sugar yet. Any helpful hints on how to remember.

PS: If this question looks familiar I ahd one like it earlier, but no one even gave a remotely close answer to what I needed.
