Theoretically no. (no limits). However there is (as has been mentioned by someone else) a lot of alternative health information as to artificial sweeteners not being good for you. No, an artificial sweetener has zero calories/ carbohydrates so do not affect energy levels. Stevia is a natural sweetener, I do not know much about this so cannot comment. Personally I would not use too much artificial sweeteners, as they are "artificial", and I think we do not know enough about their effects yet. Also if you a drinking them in diet soft drinks like diet coke, the coke isn't that good for you either.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I'm not sure, but I do know that the best alternative to sugar is Stevia. Its all natural, made from a plant unlike sweet and low or equal. It does have a weird taste, but if you use it in moderation, you get use to it. Hope that helps! Hava a great day! :)

There have not been any side affects noted as of yet. The advantage physically is no more sugar and a consistent glucose level.
I do not believe there is a limit.
Good Luck!

I know alot of people that use Splenda with no side effects.........other things like Equal and Stevia can cause digestive upset if too much is used. None seem to impact energy levels
