Medication may cause this or friction from wearing tights
it could also be caused by other diabetic issues and you should see your doctor if you are worried about it, But meantime enjoy having not to shave or your wax your hair as often as you did in the past

Luck...I hate shaving...ok..rubbing of pants, leg warmers, age, illnesses and some medications.

I don't know but i haven't had to shave my legs or underarms in years.
They are baby soft.
