Yes you can donate provided it does not weakens you . The blood will never carry your diabetes and will only help the patient.

I think so. If your bllod sugar is high at the time you donate most places can still use the blood for research. So it would still be useful.

yes as long as you are in okay health at the time. If your blood sugar was like 400 at the time then no, stuff like that.
