Your BMI(Body Mass Index) is 29.7, by which you fall in the over weight category.

(BMI is computed by dividing the body weight expressed in Kgms by the square of the height, expressed in metres.)
You need to bring down your BMI to 25 to 26 by reducing your weight with mild or simple excercises or by increasing the timing alloted for exercises and by modifying your diet and life style.
Use only boiled and clean water for drinking.
Cut down use of oil ,meat ,fatty foods, milk, cheese and other dairy products to a minimum.
Follow doctor's advice meticulously and take regular medicines as advised.
Change your life style from lethargic to slightly more active so that your system is tuned better.
Walking is the best form of exercise for people above 50 years of age.
Take more vegetables and fruits.

Approximately 10 percent of patients who have been operated upon for gallbladder disease will continue to have symptoms after surgery. These symptoms are thought to be caused by spasms of the lower end of the common bile duct (biliary dyskinesia). However, they are rarely severe or disabling. Most postoperative symptoms can be adequately relieved by antispasmodic medication.
The bile ducts take over the duties of the gallbladder. This may take three to four months before it works smoothly, and during this interval the patient may suffer from mild indigestion or pains caused by spasm of the common bile duct.
The patient should stay the same kind of diet he followed before surgery, that is, a bland low-fat diet.
If gallbladder has been removed, they cannot re-form stones in the gallbladder. However, a very small percentage of patients may re-form stones in the common bile duct or in the stump of the cystic duct which has been left behind.

Gallbladder is the store house of bile's which will go to stomach through common bile duct. In absence of gallbladder bile's coming from liver will go directly to stomach. You should take proper attention while selecting your diet. Over diet, rich and spicy food may create problem in your digestive system as your stomach will be in need of more bile's. But since your gallbladder(storage) is not there, your body cannot supply sufficient bile's for digestion. You may have digestive problem. So avoid rich and spicy food and over eating. Some times you may take digestive /antacid tablets like omiprazole or festal N. Practice Joya and pranayam regularly and reduce your weight by 15 kgs.
