uneven eyes?
please help

My eyes used to be what I would call "normal" before I screwed up my vision by

using the computer too much
not turning on the lights completely when reading
not getting glasses even though I have some astigmation and nearsightedness in one eye and am a little nearsighted in the other
not sleeping much-swolleness
or as my dad says, sleeping/using my right side of my face more?
or maybe i never exercise and i need to lose weight to fit my small frame and somehow my fat distribution is not right on my face?
my hair is blocking my left eye..

because my left eye is smaller and uneven compared my right? when i took a picture of myself, both eyes look a little crossed. sometimes i have trouble looking other people in the eyes because it makes me uncomfortable and sometimes reading is painful

but i look normal in the mirror? in the mirror what you see isn't what everyone else sees, correct? but in pictures is what everyone else sees.

should i ask the eye doctor

Gnat bites seem to be bigger and last longer than usual these days and we have been plagued by them! We would welcome any advice as to how to prevent them but most of all, how to alleviate the irritation! Many thanks.

when i lay down to go to sleep, as i start to breathe deeply it feels like i am breathing in something, and its catching in the back of my throat, particularly on the "right side" of my throat. a bunch of people have said it may be allergies; mold, mildew, etc. but i flipped my mattress and sprayed it with mold and mildew treatment, cleaned my sheets and thoroughly vaccuumed my room, and i just recently got an air purifier in here, but the problem seems to remain. any help? anyone?

I have chronic anxiety and depression problem. Not only to that, but also I have very frequent physical illness and sicknesses.
Also I have huge fatigue problem that are not solved for years.

I want to be healthy. I do not want to be weak anymore.

I see many friends and classmates around me, who are very healthy. I wonder how did they manage themselves to be like that.

Do you recommed anything? I do not mind reading long sentences, so please feel free to give me as much information possible.

thank you!

It doesnot hurt, but i thought maybe my screaming or yelling hurt my throat or vocal cords. I am not sure why it feels this way..
Could Acid Reflux have anything to do with this? Could this be my tonsils, or thyroid?

I am suffering from allergic rhinitis. My doctor advised me to use a nasal spray for maintenance for my allergy attack. But most of my friends say that these nasal sprays slows down the brain. We all know that these nasal sprays contain steroids. In my case, it's something I have to take for the rest of my life in order to keep these at attacks at the minimum. My hubby & son also has it and all of us are using the same spray. I'm concerned that my son might also need to take this medication for the rest of his life as well without even knowing the consequences it might bring.

I moved from North Carolina to South Texas last December. Before the move, I never suffered from any allergies of ANY kind. But now, am beseiged with nasal allergy symptoms. It seems that there's some kind of tree or plant or whatever that I am really having a bad reaction to. Has this happened to anyone else, and what did the problem turn out to be?

I start wheezing so bad. Normally I just avoid dogs, or if I am around them, I make sure it is outside where there is plenty of fresh air for me.
I have to spend 3-4 nights at a friend's house this November and she has a dog. She says she will vacuum and clean real well, but I am guessing that I will still have a problem breathing (& sleeping)

Does anyone know what medications are best for pet allergies? Should I try something like Claritin or is Benedryl my best bet? Like I said, I usually take nothing and avoid animals. Anyone suffer like I do? Any suggestions?

My skin has been itching for about two weeks. Everywhere. It is not soo bad, but it irritates. It started at the same time as I got a cat, but there are no flees (anylonger) and I ave also had a treatment against scabies and washed all my clothes etc.
Can it be an allergy towards the cat? Or can it be allergy to the cheap bodylotion that I use everyday?

I just bought a 40 pint dehumidifier for my 400 sq ft efficiency apartment, which is actually in a basement.

The dehumidifier has a setting for humidy % desired, as I'm sure they all do, but I don't know if it will shut itself off immediately, or if I need to get a hygrometer to regulate the RH of my home.

I understand that they shut themselves off when the water container is full, but does anyone know if it is typical for a consumer-grade dehumidifier to shut-off when it reaches its desired RH%?

If not, how long should I run it at a time?
