Every bladdy day i wake up with a running nose, most days its gone by 10am, today its hanging on and it will stop by tea time. I have taken antihistamines to control it but they only work some of the time. But to be hones the weather today is cold, wet and overcast so it can't be hayfever, can it?

When I come back after a few hours or wake up in the morning (especially when the window is closed), the living room will smell bad. I assume there is mold growing in the carpet. Would an air purifier stop it from smelling?

I am allergic to so many things such as trees, weeds, nuts, seafood, dust mite, pollen, dander, and others.

Currently, I am taking Astelin, Allegra D, Advair, and Singulair to arrest the frequency of my allergies.

Recently, I started taking weekly allergy shots which are supposed to alleviate my allergies.

I have been experiencing dizziness and oftentime drowsiness in the afternoon.

Are drowsiness and dizzines associated with allergies?

Has anyone ever heard of this. The allergy dr. thought I was lying. It has been a a while since it has happened but I still carry an epipen. I have been to the ER a few times with my throat swollen wheels all over my body and my face so swollen I looked like a cabbage patch kid. All just from playing basketball, tennis, or hiking. I also have contact dermatitis when I am not active at all. I really need to know if I am alone here? HELP

A person who has allergies vs. a person who doesn't. Which one has a stronger immune system?? In A&P class, my instructor said, "allergies is when the bodies immune system detects something in the body that it doesn't like and fights it off (like airborn fungus),and thats what makes you feel sick". So, does this mean the person with allergies really has a stronger immune system???

If someone is allergic to pickles, and they eat a sandwich that had pickles but someone took the pickles off, can they still get sick? Someone did that at my job and I was just curious.
