Yes, I have been allergic to grass since I was small. I undertook allergy shots. While I am no longer allergic to grass the list of my allergens increased. Living in smog covered LA does not help.

I have mild allergic reactions to grass. Very mild ones.
It's the cutting and the dust that flies, pollen, that do it for me. I get all teary eyed and runny nosed and itchy, especially around bend in the elbows when the dust and pollen stick to the skin and I even break out in a rash in that area.
Otherwise the only thing I react to is the mold in the air and it has to be really high for that to happen.

You mean grass, like the kind I have to mow every week? Yes! I am allergic to it. It causes a severe rash on my arms and legs. My sister was a cheerleader in HS, and when she did her practices on the field, she would come home scratching everywhere. We were both allergic to the grass.

Yes there is ......it is more usually known as pollen allergy...Each spring, summer, and fall, tiny particles are released from trees, weeds, and grasses. These particles, known as pollen, hitch rides on currents of air. Although their mission is to fertilize parts of other plants, many never reach their targets. Instead, they enter human noses and throats, triggering a type of seasonal allergic rhinitis called pollen allergy, which many people know as hay fever , rose fever, pollen or grass allergy
