I have Fibromyalgia and I frequently get joint and muscle pains, I also have the crawling feeling. Although stress did not cause my condition I do find that I get more pain when I am stressed out.

If the pain is bothering you then I advise that you go and see your GP. It may be stress related but you need to rule out other causes. Your GP may want to take some blood to test for deficiencies, thyroid levels, inflammation etc. If you don't get it checked out then you will probably become even more stressed, which will probably make you feel worse.

I hope you feel better soon.

If you are particularly stressed it is not unusual to have the feeling that tiny creatures are crawling all over you, even in the intimate places. Shoulder joints can ache, and hands and fingers may jerk or need concentration to control, without necessarily having a tremor. It is horrible, and I hope you-if it is yourself you are referring to-can resolve your stress soon.

Joint pain or stiffness of the joint may be caused by overexertion, injuries, arthritis, muscle pain, bursitis and other diseases. Depending on the cause of the joint pain, joints on both sides of the body and small or large joints may be affected. Some types of joint pains can be completely cured but for other types of joint pain (like pain caused by osteoarthritis), treatment will only reduce the pain. Yes, Stress unfortunately cause cause a lot of things. If you are drinking a lot of caffeine, try drinking less or cutting it out completely. If you have anxiety, caffeine will make it worse. If you are taking certain over the counter meds, this can also make it worse. Joint pain depending on your age, is sometimes a sign of depression. Please go see your doctor to be sure. I wish you the best.

That sound more like a trapped nerve!
When we get stressed our body's build up more toxins! These toxins then land up in our muscles (normally in the back) We get sore and start to sit differently or hold our body's in a different way! The Bone then form a different way of sitting and nerves can get trapped! Try and see a physiotherapist! Or go for a few massages! Not only will this help you to relax but also help to solve the problem! I hope you get sorted soon! And remember to get some me time!

Could be a sign of lots of things, like vitamin deficiency or withdrawal from something.
The crawling sensation particularly sounds like withdrawal, if it could be this, it may be something you need to go to the doctor with to help you through.
