I need to know what is nutmeg used for is it used for curing allergies????

No, it's a spice akin to cinnamon.
Little known fact, in v. large quantities it has opiate like properties that can give a big buzz, beyond that level it can be fatal.

It's used in a lot of baking products such as pumpkin pies, Christmas or other spice cakes.It is a spice for also flavoring some drinks.I haven't heard anything about it curing allergies.

Um....my Grandma used it in her tea to stop diarrhea....I have not heard of it stopping allergies, though....
