I'm allergic to shrimp and lobster. Is there anything I can do to suppress the allergic reaction? I use to eat shrimp all the time when I was young but a few years ago I became allergic to it.

My boyfriend is deathly allergic to caffeine. Anything with a lot of sugar is also out of the question. He works odd hours, and as a result is tired nearly all the time. Does anyone know of any remedy or activity that would help give him the energy he needs?

My body seems like having an allergy attack is a daily thing now. I've gotten so used to having hives daily it's like if I forget to take my allergy meds then I will break out in the middle of the night. Last summer I would break out in hives everyday around 4pm not matter where I was or what I was doing. If it's now hives my face, around my eyes, my lips, tongue, or throat will swell or fequent headaches. How do people deal with the same problems daily? HELP ME!! This doesn't run in my family. I have it and now I've past it on to my daughter who hasn't had them as severe as I yet. Can anyone dealing with the same problem give me any answers. The only stress that I have in my life is these allergies. I eat healthy and I used to exercise on my eliptical daily but now that I'm on allergy meds daily I just don't have the energy anymore.

The ones I'm most concerned about are wheat, dairy, peanuts, and egg. He's allergic to many more things, but these are the ones that are in practically eveything.
Proffesional medical responses are appreciated.

I have read that there is bacteria that can creep into organic food that is very harmful then foods that are treated. yet, I have also read how pesticides are making people sick ( not to mention me, when I look at it on my food and I cant always get it off my apples!).

I have a stomach disorder which is dyspepsia and IBS. I thought that organic food might help lower the irritation to my gastro that chemicals may cause. HOwever who the hell do you beleive!?. I'm buying president choice organic right now, and I honestly dont know what to think. Being a student, its not that cheap. so I need to know if im making a worthy investment.

mosquito bites, then regular sized bites, then larger lumps, and has spread to her neck, chest, upper arms, top of her head and stomach...very very itchy. Cold water is helping somewhat. She did eat Mahi Mahi earlier, that she has never had an allergic reaction from, and she also had a terrible headache about an hour before her outbreak for which she took 4 aspirin--again she has never had any reaction to aspirin, She is 25 and in generall very good health. PLEASE help with any known home remedies. Thank you.

i have never had an allergy test done before. and i was wondering if my symptoms could mean im allergic to some foods.. every time i eat i get real sick to my stomach, and cramp really bad. cramp enough to vomit, and then i get diarriah with it as well. its mainly like pancakes, biscuits things like that, that make me sick... and it seems like it gets worse every day. so if i do have food allergies, then is it possible for them to get worse every day?

Ok to sum it up I have this total body itch from head to toe and have had it for 3 months, been to derm, allergist, and reg doc and no one has an answer my allergy test shows dust mites do I have dust mited my home, change to clear laundry soap, change to regular dial soap, medicated shampoo but nothing has worked. If I take Zyrtec or Atarax it will help with the itching but has now caused muscle ache so switched over to Clarinex but I can't seem to find the reason for the itch. All my blood work comes back fine only one out of range was the Immuneoglobin IG which was high stating that I was allergic to something, but no one has the answers. Could it be caffeine, or something else I'm consuming?? I'm just lost as to why this won't go away and no one has an answer for me.. Someone suggested to see a infectious disease doctor but I'm not sure seeing another doctor is going to help me.
As long as I have a antihistamine in me I'm not itching any help would be greatly appreciated..

I've had this awful random cough for months! I sometimes cough to a point where I'm weezing. It's not hard for me to breathe or anything its just a pain in the @$$ cough. I went to the doctor, she checked me and said it was allergies so i went and got an allergy profile blood test. It came back NORMAL!!! So then doc says that it's most likely seasonal allergies and that doesn't show up on a test.

I also got a chest x-ray just in case. Anybody know what's going on with me?

I started taking amoxicillin for a sinus infection, and now I have an itchy red rash all over my body. Its little red splotches - not bumps or defined spots... but its all over. I dont know that its the antibiotics, or maybe something I ate - but the college nurse said she THINKS its the amoxicillan. Anybody else had a reaction like this?
