Speech therapist can do wonders, learning to talk very slowly and confidently can help.
Keeping marble, in the month sounds dangerous, if candy works it can be non sugar, dentin kind.

i do not know about medications, but i had a stuttering problem and i was given tongue twisters to do and that worked. good luck.
