i had a congenital constriction at right ureter-bladder junction, which is repaired 4 years back, now i am feeling dull pain in groin at same side. CT scan detected a calcified granuloma in middle lobe and a 4 mm stone in upper lobe of the right kidney. and renal scan showed 47% function of the kidney. i am still feeling a dull pain. I would like to know that what could be done to get rid of calcified granuloma and stone. if an body can suggests a good opinion to help me out of this problim, that will be great kindness and appreciation. Thanking you in advance.

I don't have diabetes (at least I don't think so, since I have none of the symptoms), however since my dad has Type II, I've always been careful about my diet and excersize, and sometimes get my blood sugar checked.

The last time I did was around 4 months ago (it was around the 130 range and was less than an hour after I'd had a very large meal, so I think that was about right). I was wondering how accurate BG meters were.

As a note, I weigh around 135 pounds (which is around average for my height) and am 16 years old (I'm a girl). A lot of the older (45+) male members on my dad's side of the family (including my dad) have it, and I have one relative who's 19 and has it, but she's VERY sedentary and weighs almost 400 lbs. I take a roughly 45-minute jog every day and try to limit my carb/sugar intake, and I was also wondering what else I could do to prevent getting diabetes myself- I'm considering enlisting in the military after high school, meaning I can't have a serious disease.

Should I scratch it with my fingernails, or scrape it off with a cheese grater or something of the sort? Or should I just spend the extra money and see a doctor?

If I go with the second choice, what do you recommend I do with the finely shredded "cheese"? Will it be edible, or no?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It involves supper satured white blood cells with very high oxygen levels.
It has something to do with blood being taken from people at places like MT Everest then being boosted by by a scientists in some way and injected into people.
The T Cells are stronger and can fight of any infection.
The procedure is apparantly very dangerous but if you survive you will be cured.
Its just something i have heard from a Retired Research Scientist.

If I am currently high, and I take some, how long should it take to react? How long should I wait to monitor it and take more insulin? I'm afraid of taking too much at one sitting and want to space it out some.

Please remember, this is supposed to be simple. Specific details on the disease aren't needed, I just need a few ideas.
