Get a flannel or small towel, run it under warm water and put it over your plaster. Hold it here until it gets cold, and redo-it until it's been on there for at least 5 minutes. The plaster should have got soggy and will easily come off your face

You may not be able to soften the plaster. You may have to think of it as a bandaid on your hair and pull. Ugh! Then put something cooling and soothing on your skin to help it heal.

moisten it with water. If that does not work use hand lotion and let it penitrate. then it should help.
