i am 18 yrs old female , 100lbs, 5'2 and sometimes i think my heart rate is fast :(
yesterday when i checked my pulse rate was 75
is that normal??
how come sometimes i feel my heart is beating fast usually in the middle of the night i get up cuz i feel it beating so fast, i have no nightmares or anything like that....

Avoid stimulants of all types e.g. coffee, smoking etc. AVOID STRESS of uncertainty, have a light meal in supper, you are going to be all right. Take some antacid before going to bed. Your cardiac perimeters are normal. You didn't mention your BP?if symptoms persist contact your doctor.

The normal resting (sitting or lying down) heart rate for an adult is 60 to 100 beats per minute, so yours is within normal. If you have concerns, see a cardiologist.
