Mainly the inability to spell caffeine correctly ! ! !

Headaches. I am a real coffee addict! and whenever I do not have coffee in the mornings I get a migraine. ( i do suffer migraines anyway, but this is guaranteed to bring one on.).
You might feel unwell, shaky, moody,tired... Caffeine can be a big problem really.
But I like my coffee! so I drink some with caffeine and some with out.
Depending on how much caffeine you have in a day why not replace a cup a day with a decaff till you are caffeine free, might help avoid any side effects?

I used to drink a lot of coke, until I ran out of money and couldnt buy any. I had a really bad headache for several days. When I got paid again, I switched to Sprite & 7-Up. No caffeine in those (or at least not as much caffeine).

Don't go cold turkey!! Aches, pains, massive headaches and a general feeling of unwellness, like you get as you are just coming down with a cold. Drink plenty of water, and have very weak tea to come down gradually, and sleep, you will want to sleep. After a couple of days you will feel great though, so it's worth it!

Think about those times when, during the day, you feel a natural 'lag' and would normally use caffeine to prop you up and keep you going. Try to do something stimulating to get you over those times and pep you up without tea or coffee. Don't forget a lot of drinks have caffeine, like coke, Dr pepper, chocolate drinks etc.,etc., look on the labels and avoid them while you are trying to get 'clean'.

If you do go for it without weaning yourself off, expect to feel lousy for around 48 hours, after which things should improve. People who tell me they had no trouble coming off coffee had other sources of caffeine they were eating or drinking without realising it.

Feeling more tired and real withdrawal will result in headaches sometimes for a few days.

Screaming anxiety for a week or two, plus headaches, hand tremor, nausea, sleeplessness and feelings akin to severe pmt. you will be HELL to live with but it will pass - eventually. I tried it years ago, managed a week before I went back to caffeine - no-one could take it any longer!

headaches, dizzy, shaking, irritability, nausea, feeling generally unwell for about a week

I tried this once nad gave up before the end of the 1st day I felt so dreadful.

Headaches, tiredness and lethargy. You may be a bit grumpy too.

The first day or so are the worst and you should be over it within a week.

Everyone is different, some people do not feel any different at all and others can get bad headaches, diaria and general acks and pains.
