When you are eating and you bite yourself on the inside of your mouth on accident, why do you keep biting yourself in the same place? It's not like I'm trying to, I just keep biting it on accident.

I had a root canal about two months ago and a crown about a week ago. Two days ago I tried biting on donuts with the new crown and my tooth hurts everytime I try to use it. Is this normal? Sometimes the pains stays a few hours after biting.

Has anyone actually tried the Ionic White? I've heard from some people it does and some people it doesn't work... I'd like to get an answer from someone that has actually tried it themself. I also read that it shatters your teeth, but I find that very hard to believe.

I finished the last treatment of my gum infection and I was told that there was some plaque in those "hard-to-reach" areas of my mouth (my wisdom teeth). I was told to spend a little longer brushing them for the next three months before my regular brushing appointment.

Would a salt water rinse/gargle help at all? I keep brushing in that area and I sometimes draw a little blood.

P.S. I will have my wisdom teeth removed sometime in August or September.

I had a root canal fail so have had it redone. What i don't understand is that when the dentist took out the failed root canal treatment and put a temp filling on the tooth it was fine with no pain then I had the root canal treatment done again and its back hurting again. Why was there no pain in the 2 weeks it just had the temp filling on without the canals filled? There is no infection because I have had 2 courses of antibiotics and the pain did not go away.
