Yes, but with a very minimal effect. Crest's white strips works much better than their toothpastes. There are 6 versions of Crest whitestrips:

1. Classic (6% whitening power gel)
2. Professional (6.5% whitening power gel)
3. Premium (10% whitening power gel)
4. Premium Plus (10% whitening power gel)
5. Supreme (14% whitening power gel)
6. Renewal (9.5% whitening power gel)

You can only get Supreme and professional from the dentist. These versions work extremely well, compared to Crest Vivid White Toothpaste (which has less than 2% whitening gel)

If you really want to get whiter teeth to last months, I recommend maxo dent, which has 14% hydrogen peroxide whitening gel (like crest white strips supreme) and is cheaper than Supreme.

I've used vivid white night and it works wonders! I'm a coffee drinker so i saw worthwhile results within a week.

Yes, it does. It's not a miracle worker, so don't expect extreme results (especially since it's only a toothpaste), but it does help whiten enough that it's worth buying.
