If I were you I would keep washing my mouth out with salt water and go see your doctor tomorrow, you may need some antibiotics and having something like that in your mouth is uncomfortable and more than likely it will get worse, take care and good luck.

There's an infection that's called hand, foot and mouth disease. It's a viral infection. My son had it and his symptoms where a lot like yours. Usually lasts around 5-7 days. You may also run a fever. Make sure you are washing your hands. Make sure to change your tooth brush. These are some suggestions. 1/2 teaspoon of salt to a full warm glass of water. Swish that around in your mouth and then spit it out. Take some ibuprofen to ease the pain.

It could be thrush/candida, have you been ill lately as you can get this if your a bit run down like after illness ? Check with your Doctor he/she will get you on the road to recovery. In the mean time try sucking on some ice cubes it might sooth the pain a bit, you poor thing. Get well soon.

it sounds as though you have got oral thrush, there are many courses of it and babies get it all the time, you can buy an oral treatment for thrush from places like boots if you want to try that without going to the doctors, this will not harm you if it doesn't clear it up but i would recomend going to the docs.

I would say it sounds like an infection. Go check it out. You could try rinsing your mouth out with TCP, especially last thing before gong to bed.
