I am not at all comfortable with this. I worry about the pain and bleeding. He plans on putting in my new denture's immediatly.If anyone has had this much work done in one sitting, please share your experiencewith me.

In Feb of "05" I went to the dentist for a cavity and the dentist drilled to deep and exposed the nerve. I was told that I needed a root canal. I had just found out that I was pregnant and wanted to wait till the baby was born to have the procedure. The baby was born in Oct of "05" and now I have been to 3 different dentists stating that I have an abcsess tooth and I need a root canal the problem is they are telling me that it is going to cost like $800.00 and that is with insurance, so far they will not accept a payment plan so I am trying to go through the government medical plan. The pain comes and goes but is excrutiating, tylenol does not work and they won't give pain meds. In the meantime I have been having terrible neck and back pain along with earpain and headaches. Sometimes I get dizzy and feel a little strange, I thought I was coming down with something but now I am wondering if this could be associated with it. Any help would be great. Thank You

I have numbness in my gums due to paresthesia and I was wondering if my bottom gums can recede due to this numbness.

What I want to know is, I have a girlfriend who has had all her teeth removed before age 30. It is very sexy and awesomely stunning! She keeps it very well hidden and gets compliments on her "beautiful teeth" all the time. No one knows they aren't real. I have been considering tooth veneers for some time. I have a very noticable space between my front teeth which I am very conscientious about. I try not to smile with my lips apart. I had braces as a teen and my teeth looked great for about 6 years.
Slowly my space has come back and I have been living with this for 20 years now. I have seen lots of great results in magazines and such, but would like to know if anyone has had a bad experiance with veneers. This is going to cost about $5 grand so I want to have knowledge of the bad as well as the good before I spend my savings.

After extracting two teeth today he gave me a prescription for Vicodin ES. The top one he pulled seems to be alright but the moler that he pulled on the bottom is throbbing. I am taking the pain pills but am getting no relief. Any suggestions so that I may get some sleep?

I went to the hygienist and she cleaned the bottom half of my mouth, She stook a needle in my gums so I wont feel any pain and now my bottom half is full of blood and I am talking wierd because half my mouth is stiff. How long until it wears off? lol

I am getting a crown thats different than what I am used to.The dentist said its because the space to fit is so small.I was wanting to get opionions on how others like or feel about the new crowns that the dentist makes in there office by a machine .there is no metal at all.Anyone out there already have this ?and if you do do you like it?And how long have you had it?

What happens if you do mouthwash but them rinse. I rinse after because i am scared i am going to die if i swallow a little bit of mouthwash!! Please tell me what will happen if i do mouthwash and swallow a little of it! Also what will happen if i do rinse!!???
