I tried Crest white strips along with other home products and also got the mouth pieces and gel from my dentist, neither worked for me. I do drink coffee, tea, soda and I smoke. Was noticing a yellow tinge to my teeth. Finally went and got the Zoom teeth whitening from a cosmetic dentist who charged $300. It took about an hour and a half and totally worked. Yellow immediately gone. I had to avoid certain foods and beverages for a two days afterward because the teeth are more suseptible to staining then. Some people have tooth sensitivity for a day or two after but I didn't have that. I highly recommend it. I know the price in my area for Zoom is coming down. $300 was the cheapest I had seen it. It's expensive but over the last couple of years I've spent more then that on products that didn't work. Good luck!

Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.

Check out this site: http://www.naturalwhiteteeth.net - It's about how you can whiten your teeth 100% naturally. Same results but 100% safe and 1000 times cheaper.

Yeah baking soda is really nasty the first time you try it, but after the fifth or sixth, it's not so bad. I have braces still, so I can't use home whitening strips. My best friend used crest premium plus whitening strips and they worked great for her.

You can try buying whitening strips. I my friend puts them on almost everyday and in a few weeks her teeth began to look whiter than ever.
