All anyone seems to be able to give me for it are antibiotics that don't work. I've been back a few times because the swelling is getting rapidly worse. It's all down one side of my face, my face has literally tripled in size. The pain is unbearable and nothing seems to be taking it away. The swelling is right up to my eye, I'm struggling to open it. I can't eat, I can't sleep, I feel sick, I can't look downwards because my vision is blocked by the swelling. Nothing seems to be getting rid of it and I'm trying so hard not to throw up because I can hardly open my mouth so I might choke on it and secondly because I don't want to get the antibiotics out of my system incase they do start to work. I just want it to stop.

after extracting my lower left first premolar my lymph node got swollen & it never went back to its normal size ever since, may be because i still have my braces on, so is there any possibility that it will heal after i take them off after one more year, which makes a total of three years treatment.

Ok...my teeth are stacked (I have two doubles) because they were crowded when I was younger (I'm 15 now) and I never got treatment...so I was wondering if I could get Invisalign or are they strictly for people with straighter teeth ?

I would have to get braces right ?

Also, does anyone have a time table for someone that has doubles...how long would it take for the braces to come off ?

no jokes please..thanks.

i have about 4 and all of them are almost finished getting settled in my mouth... the whole structure of my mouth feels completely different compared to a few monthes ago ( sometimes they get in the way but nothing to be so dramatic about) i heard if i wait to long to get them removed, they can eventually break my jaw when a dentist do remove them later on in life. is that true?

I am interested in being a dental hygienist. I like the field so far, and understand there are certain thing that I dont really like (like doc talking down to you and benefits). I would like to know what the salary is in Nash TN. I am not looking to go into the career based on salary (it is based on what I like them will proceed...) but salary is a part of the job and want to live comfortably.

My brother complains of having/producing too much saliva in his mouth. He claims that whenever he kisses his girlfriend she gets mad because it's too much saliva. And when he eats he has too much. Are there any steps that one could take to control the amount of saliva that one produces?

I smoke and drink coffee almost everyday. My husband told me I should NOT whiten my teeth because I smoke and theres no sense. Is there a good product that lasts? I have tried a few treatments but a few days later I notice the stains are back. Is brushing your teeth 3 times a day bad if you bleach also? Please dont recommend whitening toothpastes- I have used several and I am looking for more dramatic results. OH, and I have sensitive gums.

I had my back molar removed on Tuesday afternoon so I am on the 4th day. My clot was looking good, with a white film on top and now, it looks like much of the white is gone. Does this mean I am going to lose my clot? It isn't a huge gaping hole, it just looks a little lower than it did with the white on top of the clot. HELP!
